Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.

Payment verification, address review, high demand, preorders, inventory availability, public holidays or unusually large orders may require additional processing time.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

The shipping cost may depend on destination, delivery method, order contents or an applicable promotion.

If a free-shipping offer applies, its eligibility will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders delivered within the United States, estimated standard carrier transit is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch.

This estimate does not include the 1–3 business day processing period.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, local delivery services, weather, holidays and other circumstances.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or appropriate fulfillment partners according to inventory availability and delivery destination.

Products in the same order may not always originate from one facility.

OutnaMae™ does not represent that every order is dispatched from a single local warehouse.

The business registration address shown on the website should not be treated as the shipping or return warehouse for every order.

Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped and tracking is available, shipment information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow approximately 48 hours after shipping-label creation for initial carrier activity to appear.

Some carriers may provide limited scans or update tracking only when the shipment reaches major transit points.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, remote destinations or other circumstances affecting transit.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order is significantly outside its expected delivery range, email service@outnamae.com with your order number.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a shipment appears lost or cannot be located, contact us so available tracking and carrier information can be reviewed.

A carrier status marked “Delivered” does not automatically prevent a customer from requesting assistance.

We may ask you to check the delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors or local carrier while the circumstances are reviewed.

Any replacement, refund, carrier investigation or other resolution will depend on the facts of the shipment and applicable consumer rights.

Shipping Information Supplied by the Customer

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

Contact us promptly if you notice an address error.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping preparation has begun.

Reasonable additional shipping costs may apply if inaccurate customer-provided address information causes a package to be returned or misdirected and it must be shipped again.

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees or other local charges may apply.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, such charges are the recipient's responsibility and are imposed by local authorities or service providers rather than OutnaMae™.

Multiple Packages

An order containing multiple products may occasionally be divided into separate shipments.

Those packages may arrive at different times and may have separate tracking numbers.
